Mashrafe to helm Bangladesh in WT20

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Bangladesh squad for the World Twenty20 – 2016 has been announced on Wednesday, assigning Mashrafe to helm the team.

Cheif Selector of the National Selection Panel Faruque Ahmed announced the squad at a press conference at the SBNCS Media Center, said a post of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

Two other members of the selection committee – Minhazul Abedin and Habibul Bashar – were present during the briefing.

The 15-man squad includes: Tamim Iqbal Khan, Soumya Sarkar, Mohammad Mithun, Mahmudullah Riyad, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Sabbir Rahman Rumman, Mohammad Nasir Hossain, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Mustafizur Rahman, Al-Amin Hossain, Taskin Ahmed, Arafat Sunny, Abu Hayder Rony and Kazi Nurul Hasan, the post added.

Imrul Kayes, Kamrul Islam Rabby, Shuvagata Hom Chowdhury and Mohammad Mukhtar Ali are the four stand-by players in the team.
