Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Three more listed companies have recommended dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018, according to separate official disclosures on Thursday.

The companies are: Kohinoor Chemicals, Orion Pharma and Orion Infusion.

On the other hand, Samata Leather Complex declared no dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.

KOHINOOR CHEMICALS: The board of directors of Kohinoor Chemicals has recommended 10 percent cash and 20 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.

The final approval of dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 10 in Dhaka.

The record date is on November 22.

The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of BDT 11.02, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 51.93 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 8.34 negative for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against BDT 10.47 (restated), BDT 39.53 (restated) and BDT 30.07 (restated) respectively for the same period of the previous year.

ORION PHARMA: The board of directors of Orion Pharma has recommended 15 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.

The final approval of dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 10 in Dhaka.

The record date is on November 22.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 3.43, consolidated NAV per share (including revaluation surplus) of BDT 72.88 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 9.38 for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against BDT 3.40, BDT 70.95 and BDT 9.62 respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2017.

ORION INFUSION: The board of directors of Orion Infusion has recommended 14 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.

The final approval of dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 10 in Dhaka.

The record date is on November 22.

The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.62, NAV per share of BDT 12.53 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.20 for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against BDT 1.53, BDT 12.57 and BDT 1.38 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
